Voir tous les avisI used my class pass, first time at Tru Fusion. I do the fitness on the lawn with them and they always did great. Today I did bare boot camp express with Mario A. The class was heated and the music was fun and entertaining. Mario knew what he was doing, he really killed me in a good way. I definitely recommend his classes. He will give you a good work out and you will be drenched in sweat!

It was my first class, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect or fully prepared, but she helped me through everything and made me feel so comfortable. Her class was really enjoyable and very doable for a beginner. Her instructions were super clear, easy to follow, and she was always there to help whenever I needed it. I had such a great first experience with her and would definitely take her class again!!!

Voir tous les avisOlivia 💗💗 was the absolute best. It was my first Pilates class and my first Pilates class in two months and she was the perfect re-introduction! Her music was on point. She was on beat with the music which made the work out so much more enjoyable and kept giving words of encouragement. She is actually amazing. I would come back 1 billion times more just for her.!

Voir tous les avisThis class was the slowdown I needed. The instructor had such a calming voice. I’m not generally a heat lover, but this class was heated perfectly for yin. Enough to help your body relax without it being overbearing. Will definitely be back!

It was the best way to end the day and cleanse the aura…. The flow of the yin class I found to be just right, as the instructor provided cues to deepening the poses, if you wanted , - really getting into the facia through your breathwork. My new favorite Go To Candlelight Vin …. The makings of what every Vin class should have….you can tell a lot of thought, effort and care went into planning because the execution was on point, simply flowing through the poses, releasing tension, clearing the mind, while aligning the chakras. 🙌🏻✨🧘♀️✨
