Voir tous les avisI like this class a lot im surprised its not more full. Its more simple for the moves on the bike but i like the arm exercises. This is ripped ride so you do weights 2-3 times during the class. I love this as i feel its really toning my arms. I think if i do this 2-3 times per week it could make a difference. Liz is a very nice instructor too and personally greets all the students. She has great energy and really motivates everyone. I highly recommend her class

Voir tous les avisJordyn is not human. She’s like a super hot energizer bunny. She’s elite and really should get more credit for how incredibly skilled she is with her breath control. She’s so clear talking into the mic from beginning to end, no matter if she’s going 500,000 mph.

Voir tous les avisJason was friendly if not a bit on the shy side (which is completely fine). For a new instructor, the class was surprisingly…challenging? By the end of the class, you can tell that everyone was feeling the burn. Jason’s playlist was great, but one thing I would suggest is choosing different lighting for certain sets. The room was kept pretty dim, so it was difficult to see some of his movements for some of the more challenging choreography and hand weights portion. A spotlight on him or brighter lighting would have improved the experience. I think Jason has the potential to be a really great instructor, especially once he gets better at assessing the needs and capabilities of his students. Otherwise, it was a great workout, and I can’t wait to book another class soon!

Voir tous les avisI think Liz is one of the best mat pilates instructors, from now on i will always look for her class. She builds up the moves in a way that’s easy to follow and understand. The workout was intense and challenging especially with the heat. Be prepared to sweat A LOT. This is such a great workout and Liz’s routine is perfect to tone and loose weight. The other pilates classes here (Tru hot Pilates) are too intense for me cuz they are bootcamp/cardio based - this mat pilates is the perfect alternative without the cardio but still very intense and focused on working your core and every muscle. I highly recommend this class and Liz!
