Voir tous les avisNice gym, lots of equipment for everyone. Instructor was great! I’d say at least the class I attended wasn’t beginner friendly. If this was my first time kickboxing I wouldn’t have known what to do. But if you have a bit of experience, it’s fun. Lots of drills on each other.
