    Jackie was very welcoming which out me at ease as a beginner. She described as well as demonstrated everything we needed to do so it eas relatively easy to follow. The class was challenging (for me as a total beginner) but it eas not intimidating. Very enjoyable class and a clean, lovely studio!

    CP Cardio Sculpt 1.5 (50 Mins)

    It was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
