Ivana is an amazing instructor who actually did the whole workout together with us <3 If you are looking for a morning workout that gets the energy for the day I’ll recommend this class!

Para além disso, a Monica é uma querida!! Já virou das minhas instrutoras favoritas pela amabilidade, por tornar as aulas dificeis mas não demasiado corridas ao ponto de não fazermos os exercicios corretamente. 10/10!!
