Voir tous les avisChucky had great energy and the class was fun. As a first timer at this gym though I was not given any info about a) where the class was (it's not obvious) or b) where the bathrooms/lockers were. So this would be pretty intimidating as someone new to gyms and there wasn't much intro to the class either. Advice to new people would be to emphasise that it's your first time to the reception desk and the trainer. The class itself was quite high intensity, it's hard to know what sort of weights to get as you're using the same couple of sets of weights for 10ish different exercises.
