Voir tous les avisThis was my first class with Frankie and she was so lovely and kind. I was a bit nervous about this class, thinking it would be a bit too much. But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. Equipment such as mats, dumbbells, weights and bars were made available to you. Great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back!

Voir tous les avisThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

Voir tous les avisLovely teacher, detailed corrections and pace is good, just wish we made it to big jumps at the end. It’s definitely mid level, if you’re an adult on ClassPass… consider that it’s intermediate level but paced quite slowly as the regular girls do go on pointe.

Voir tous les avisThis is a fantastic Hip Hop class! Joong is an incredibly versatile dancer who brings in a variety of grooves and dance styles, keeping it dynamic and fun. Be prepared to be challenged in the best way. Joong does an excellent job of breaking down complex moves into easy-to-follow steps, making it accessible even if you're new to hip hop. I came in expecting a heels class but ended up having a blast!
