Voir tous les avisThis was legit my first workout class ever, and both the instructors and rest of the class were very welcoming and encouraging. I wasn’t familiar with some of the weights/equipment but Piko was happy to teach me proper form to avoid injuries and get the most out of it. Highly recommend for beginners and seasoned weight-lifters alike! Class was held out back in “The Yard” so be aware of the weather, and bring some water to stay hydrated.

Voir tous les avisClean space and equipment. There was a routine on the screens that the instructor walked through briefly in the beginning and then everyone did the exercises at their own pace. It was a good routine. I would've liked the instructor to be more hands on and push me harder with correction of forms. But this is a personal preference.
