The front desk girlies were authentically kind and helpful. Logan is a phenomenal instructor; he balances being supportive and motivating while still challenging you to push past your comfort zone. I also had a few class members tell me “great job” as a newcomer, which I feel speaks volumes about the culture of Barry’s. While it may be perceived as an intimidating space, if you can get past that mental block you will be met with a really great workout within a truly welcoming space. Looking forward to coming back here soon.

The treadmill speed is a bit of a shock to the system, but otherwise the instructor was clear in her instructions and felt like I was able to keep up with the pace by looking at those next to me for cues. And definitely wear the earplugs!

She was so kind and willing to provide modifications and encouragement when I was questioning my choices of attending class. In the moment I gripped the mortal coil convinced I was about to fade into the ether, Christine swooped in and said “just sit on the carriage and we can do some biceps curls.” Thank you for everything and for making me feel cool when I definitely did not look cool. Highly recommend the studio but mostly a beginner’s safety with Christine.
