Voir tous les avisI thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Yoga Nest. The vibe was very inviting as well as Amie the teacher. I typically practice hot yoga that is focused a lot of athleticism and it was lovely to practice today in a way that felt more connected to the truth of asana. The teacher was knowledgeable and provided good verbal cues and adjustments as well as hands on. Will definitely return when I'm in town again.

Voir tous les avisThis was my first sound bath ever. I walked away feeling very relaxed. I will say I think I’d prefer a little bit of guided breath and meditation paired with it. The only down side was someone ended up snoring next to me (good for him but not for me lol) But overall really cool experience and love this studio space everyone is so kind and welcoming!

Voir tous les avisThe staff here had the best Customer Service I’ve ever seen, and the facility was the most beautiful, clean, architectural, and well equipped facility I’ve ever seen, with not just different types of sauna and cold plunge, but dry Flotation tanks, a yoga studio with mushroom and moss decor on the walls and ceiling and a quartz floor back lit with light, they even have a machine that shoots bio photons into the body to reduce inflammation and pain and stress! Planned on just going for a class, but I signed up for a membership! 🙏😍🤩☀️
