This was listed as a “Balenciaga” class and there was nothing about Balenciaga, it’s just a special smoothie offered that wasn’t even complimentary, you have to buy for $15 so that was pretty lame. Not taking off any stars bc it has nothing to do with the instructor.

Voir tous les avisit's been forever but it was so nice to feel the same reliably great vibes at Barry's and Scott's class. Scott always brings it---100 percent with his attitude, consideration, coaching, training, etc. Felt awesome to get that burn on and feel completely spent after class!

Voir tous les avisReally challenging class for me since I don't push myself as hard with running but that's why I appreciate classes like these where the instructor is motivating so I will put in more effort. I also liked the front desk staff who greeted me, very clean showers and lockers (and the whole studio), even the shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hair dryer which I appreciated very much. The music was so loud for me but I learned to wear ear plugs for next time 🙂

The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

Good beats make us run more :) However, I would appreciate clearer instructions on the treadmill from the instructor and turn down the music slightly when giving instructions. Also, the fans are really high and I’m thankful the instructor pushed it away from me when I asked. There’s a lot of overstimulation in the room but still a solid workout. I see why they give out earplugs at the front desk.

Voir tous les avisThis is the same studio and set up and class method as Nike studio. I love the instructor, he’s super jacked but also cognizant that we’re not all at his level. He went around and checked everyone’s form, I felt safe to push it after a set or two. Now everything will hurt tomorrow. They also have theragun and vibrating rollers to get out that lactic acid after an intense workout. Everyone was all shapes and sizes, so not intimidating gym rats. Overall I really enjoyed and will def be back!

Voir tous les avisI liked that the instructor helped me set up. As a newbie to weight training and the exercises I find the set ups to be challenging sometimes. There was a max of 6 people per circuit but not always enough equipment or space. Like for the bench press, teacher said people should have paired up in partners according to weight , but that wasn’t enforced. Maybe with time it’ll get better, but find I’ve had an easier time following circuits at places like F45 and Training Mate.

Voir tous les avisIt was my first time going to Amie’s class, and it was a great experience. I’d recommend it for both beginners and intermediate yogis. She gave so many pointers and feedback on the correct form for many poses that I didn’t know I was doing wrong. We went through sun salutations and then some fun practice with inversions. She taught how to get into headstand and backbend and will spot you if you’re up for it trying it as well. Will definitely go back!
