Voir tous les avisThe Hyperion at the Proper Hotel is a truly luxurious wellness experience. You have your own private suite with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel room, including a full bathroom. I appreciated that you’re free to customize how you spend your hour based on the therapies that interest you. The red light therapy bed is limited to a 15 minute session, and the PEMF mat runs for 8 minutes, but otherwise you can tailor the experience to your preferences. Since it was my first visit, I wanted to sample a little bit of everything.Unfortunately, when I went to use the PEMF mat, it displayed a low battery warning and wouldn’t operate. I spent about 10 minutes trying to see if I could plug it in or use the attachment for a specific body part instead, but wasn’t able to get it working. That was the only disappointment during an otherwise excellent experience. Had all of the equipment been functioning properly, I would have gladly given this experience 5 stars.

It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.

Voir tous les avisI was pretty nervous doing IV therapy. I didn’t even realize you could try it via ClassPass! So that was a nice surprise. I hadn’t been feeling good, and my husband suggested trying IV therapy to see if it would help some symptoms I was having. The fact that I could try it with ClassPass made it a much easier decision to give a first try. When I arrived, the facility was extremely bright, clean, and welcoming. The receptionist checked me in right away, even though their Wi-Fi was down. I didn’t wait long to fill out any of the forms. Had a quick phone consultation with their nurse practitioner to go over everything healthwise. Was seen right away by the nurse to put the IV needle in. She was extremely patient and calm with me since I’m nervous with needles. She was very good at distracting me with conversation to get my mind off of it. And then sat in the larger room and a comfy recliner and they gave me my fluids. Receptionist came by to offer water or tea, which was nice because I could feel my nerves catching on. I took a chamomile tea to calm me down lol. I’m not sure if I’m the right patient for IV therapy. Even though needles make me nervous, I may be back, solely, for the fact that the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Great experience overall.

Voir tous les avisWhat an experience. I had been having back pain for a couple of weeks, and overall muscle soreness from a previous training session. My back pain was so severe that I went to urgent care to test for kidney failure just in case, and was prescribed muscle relaxers. I’d been wanting to try cryotherapy, but just never got around to it. I found this place nearby, and decided to give it a go. Super easy to find, lots of parking. Was greeted right away. Check in was easy, and the walkthrough was super helpful and informative. I got to pick a song to play in the chamber, and was explained after effects. I slept like really well that night. Really good deep sleep and REM sleep. And when I woke up, no major back pain! Which is great considering I did a 12-hour work day after my cryotherapy session. I really appreciated how easy and fast it was to hop in and out of this facility, and am a firm believer in cryotherapy now. I will most definitely be back!
