Kana is one of the best pole instructors I’ve ever had. She is able to provide individualized cues that help her students progress to the next level. Because of her instruction, I’m now able to do the chopper invert with good form, and couldn’t do that before. Take class with her, you will definitely progress no matter what level you’re at.
