Only thing about this location is that the parking rates are on the high side - RM3 for the first hour basement parking AND 10% TnG/cc surcharge on top of it with no option to take a ticket (really, Hartamas Shopping Centre?).     Joshua is awesome today. He tried something different and focusing on slower paced higher resistance. It’s a refreshing change. Hope he will do more of these focused rides. Because the class is more structured and well-thought out in terms of alternating of intensity, speed and endurance. While it creates a great sense of community, out of sheer exhaustion I occasionally find myself trying to think of ways where I don’t have to lift my arms up. Like maybe a cool head-nod or strong blink will do the trick. While Abbey started to wander around at the end of class, I strongly considered dropping my forehead to her palm. Since I hope to take her class in the future, I summoned the last of my energy to lift my hands in front of my chest and then wander down to Starbucks. Great way to end 2019 Base workouts!!
