    I’m a yoga beginner exploring different yoga studios in Bangkok. This is my 4th place and I’d say I like this place the most! I joined a Flow & Beats class by Kanke. The studio was very cozy located in the central of Bangkok Sukhumvit. My class was a small class on Friday evening. There were six students with different levels. Kenke knew so well how to instruct each of us. She went slowly making sure nobody was left behind. As a beginner, I appreciated her detailed explanations of each posture. Many classes at other studios I’ve attended, sometimes the instructor didn’t pay attention enough to the beginners and they were left behind to be able to learn and practice doing some basic postures. But Kenke was very attentive to her students, and her energy was very positive. As a beginner, I felt so much encouraged. I’ll definitely go back for more classes!

    I'm really glad I checked out this class today. Dawn has a really soothing way of speaking which settled me nicely, and the frequency (texture?) of the sound bath was just what I was looking for. Grateful for this calming and therapeutic session. It's pricier than what I typically spend on classes but given the intimate class size and ambiance, I guess that's worth it. The studio is very cosy and welcoming, with lots of cushions and blankets to make ourselves comfortable. There's just one bathroom/ changing room but it's quite spacious and clean. I trust that the blankets are cleaned often though? 🤞🏼

    It's my 1st time experience gong bath. I had a lot of thoughts, and unspoken messages kept popping up in my mind during the 1st half of the session. Slowly, I started to relax and fall asleep for the 2nd half of the session as I had released all the thoughts and unspoken messages out from my mind. My whole body felt lighter and more relaxed.     INTRODUCTION TO USUI REIKI

    I went for all three sessions, and it was truly reinvigorating and heart-opening. As someone who isn’t well-versed with Kundalini Yoga, I still found the sessions manageable and slightly challenging but in the good way as it pushes for me to be more present and attentive to my body). There was also plenty of moments of rest and quietude, and we did many of the movements with close eyes which helped to suspend judgement - all of these I appreciated and enjoyed very much.
