The class was intense but well-structured, and I really felt the burn in a good way. The space is clean, well-equipped, and has a solid training atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone wanting to train Muay Thai seriously.

At the end of session, he even gave each of us an extra 1-1 sparring each! Trainer has passion in MA & his work, and is able to put participants (especially newbies) at ease.
