It was my first time doing kickboxing, and they actually taught me properly from scratch. They even have a nice changing room where you can shower, and they provide everything, including body wash. 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks a lot for the great service, had such a blast.

The owner even personally taught me tips on how to punch and balance better! Great gym. It feels like a family and very structured training program you don’t see much in Bangkok. Not one of those tourist gyms.

The coach and the senior would guide you for the drill. For the sparring sessions are good too. My training partners are just going technical instead of trying to “kill each other”. A warmer welcome would make a better first impression. Will definitely be back as the location is convenient, with easy parking and plenty of food options nearby.

This class has less weight to carry (compared to HIIT), and is very focused on boxing, including stepping in & out, punching with 1kg dumbbells. But overall I can still meet my cardio limit.
