Voir tous les avisI really like Maddison’s classes! She introduces progressions step by step and reminds the class that it’s okay to not push ourselves beyond our current limits. Also appreciate the reminders to correct form and that the music is unobtrusive but still helps to keep to a rhythm. The 8:30am classes work great for me, as someone who isn’t a morning person! We’re finished just in time for the start of the work day and it’s not too early to be unrealistic for me to make it on time. Love this studio and the people there - so lucky to have it on my doorstep!

She’s super attentive to form, suggesting modifications if you have any injuries, her classes are always challenging and pushes you to your limits but not where you’re not enjoying yourself. Highly recommend!
