Voir tous les avisI absolutely loved this reformer class! The teacher was amazing — so attentive and knowledgeable, and she genuinely paid attention to every person throughout the whole class. She noticed our individual needs and modified the exercises accordingly, which made the class feel both challenging and comfortable. The studio itself is also beautiful — honestly, one of the nicest studios I’ve been to. Everything is so aesthetic and thoughtfully designed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s such a shame I won’t be able to come back regularly, but if I’m ever in Manchester again, I would absolutely love to take another class with her. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend it!

Some teachers there feels like they’re going through the motions, but Lauren absolutely doesn’t. I’d suggest for the studio to be stricter about phones in the studio (signage maybe?) as it makes the vibe feel less focused.
