    I am definitely coming back! The teacher was so kind and genuinely wanted everyone to crush the workout. She corrected us and was positive with everything she did! Wow what a fantastic experience! Also the workout was wonderful!

    I enjoyed the class. It wasn't mainstream barre, but it was quite the workout. The class had mixture of yoga and stretching! Definitely a great experience. The class ended with sage and some sound bath and it was a lovely way to start a Sunday. (This was my first class at this studio and I'm curious to explore others).
