Voir tous les avisSol’s class is fast and challenging. I’m in that place where I feel like I’m starting all over again, so I was looking very uncoordinated. But the class is fun, the music fun, Sol has great energy and a great cheery disposition that makes me want to be there, and the folks there were nice. It was a full room though, but I definitely want to go back.

Voir tous les avisReally enjoyed the feet and ankle mobility and stretching exercises before class started! It really helped with the next barre work and releves we did in class. I love a good adagio floor work so thanks for a great class, as always!
