It hurt a lot and I loved every moment of it (I always view the pain as the necessary path towards healing, so I love and appreciate it! I’m way less knotted up and feeling fab. Also the space is pleasant and homey :)

But the massage is amazingly calm, peaceful, and hits all the right spots to get all your knots out. Also includes hot stone which is a nice perk. The masseuses seem to really know their pressure points and not just randomly punching and poking as some other no frills spots are. 10/10 would recommend and have been going multiple times.
