Voir tous les avisThe flow of the session was very intentional, from grounding breathwork at the start, smoothly transitioning into focused quad, glute, and ab exercises, and ending with a calming stretch to release tension. Everything felt well thought out and balanced, leaving me both energized and relaxed after class. The studio itself is clean, minimalist, and very pleasing to the eyes, with great air-conditioning that keeps the space comfortable throughout the session. For an even better experience, a bit more spacing between mats would be nice, especially during movements that require wider arm ranges. I also noticed that the floor had a slightly sandy or grainy texture in some areas, possibly from fine dust, so a quick refresh before class could make it feel even more polished. Overall, it’s a well-structured and enjoyable class with Coach Kaara. Definitely something I’d come back to!

Voir tous les avisLocation is easy to find, however there’s no parking readily available. Registration was pretty smooth and the class started a bit late. The class itself was fun, considering I had zero experience with pole dancing. The coach adjusted the skills to match my level. Quite a bit of lull time since the group I joined were quite advanced but overall, great experience. Will definitely come back.

Voir tous les avisIt was supposed to be mixxedfit but the instructor said it’s pound which is totally fine. We had so much fun dancing and doing pound exercises. The instructor’s is very nice and friendly, she guided us with the exercise.Would love to try difference dance type next time.
