The spin coach was very good! The studio space itself is great! I love that they have a shower area to freshen up after a sweaty ride, but make sure to bring your own towel, soap, shampoo, and slippers. If only I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to spin studio!

Loved it! My first time in this gym. You have your own coach and not sharing (idk if that’s always the case). I enjoyed it and sweat a lot which is what I was looking forward to. Thanks Coach Vergel! Looking into booking another session!

it was honestly such a fun and interesting experience 🤍 they rly maximized our potential fitness-wise LOL ,, but yea part of that is the establishment having great coaches !! shout out to Coach JM for teaching us how to properly do the training + pushing us rly hard when we felt like giving up hehe despite it being our first time we didn’t feel judged at all, it felt like a safe space bec they were so hands-on <3 overall 11/10!

We had our own pace, which made the workout really enjoyable. The gym is spacious, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff are accommodating. The place has a peaceful atmosphere and a great ambience. The only downside is the parking—it’s quite limited and usually full. Luckily, a car left just in time, so I was able to get a parking spot. Overall, it was a great experience.

very good experience, new equipment, separate studio room, has pickle ball area, sauna is not available yet in bgc branch but they said it will be soon. maybe I recommend safety mats in the shower area. hot shower didn't seem to work too but maybe I just didnt know how to use it.
