Voir tous les avisLucky that my friend and I are the only ones who booked 7pm muay thai slot - coach John was able to teach us every step up the way. Generally tho the place is cramped as it’s shared between those doing muay thai and boxing. Because it’s a shared space, barefoot muay thai practitioners are practicing in the same space as boxers wearing shoes.

Voir tous les avisI love Coach Mark! He challenges me and makes sure I get a good sweat. He also makes sure that I am always in proper form whenever I do boxing. Very good stretching and massage at the end as well. Will definitely come back!
