Voir tous les avisI had such an amazing experience at Cedo! I really love doing contrast therapy, esp when my body is sore from workouts. Austin was super helpful & kind—actually, all of them were. Try going in the morning so you can have the place to yourselves hehe. There’s only one shower, so you’ll have to wait for the person ahead of you, which can be a bit rough when you’re already freezing 😝 But overall, it’s a 10/10 for me!

Bf thinks hecould use more pressure but all in all we had a relaxing time. The halotherapy is a must try if u have allergic rhinitis like me. Will def come back again.
