    Allison is an amazing instructor who brings new and unique postures in every yin class. I highly recommend trying this class out for a deep stretch. It’s a great way to start your day. The studio does a good job of respecting the intention behind yoga and honoring where it comes from which makes it stand out.

    Marathon

    F45 is a WORKOUT in every sense of the word. The first class I attended was a marathon workout with two minute intervals and 30 seconds of rest. The 30 seconds felt like three seconds but overall it was a great experience. I felt like I worked out all of my muscles groups while strengthening my stamina. The variety of the exercises and energy by the instructors and other athletes made for a great workout and I’ll definitely be back
