Her playlist was amazing and the class had tons of strength in it. I felt like she put a lot of effort into putting the class together. She does have a hands on teaching method so if that bothers you just let her know. But overall it was amazing and I can’t wait to go back.

Voir tous les avisLove love love Lauren’s class!!! She is so warm, encouraging and truly lights up the entire room. The workout was tough in such a good way. The one armed tricep work and inner thigh work definitely had me shaking! Looking forward to taking more of Lauren’s class. p.s the sound level is always very high in all classes, if this is something that bothers you, they do provide foam ear plugs or you can bring your own.

It seems like there's been more effort in the planning, and there's been something new and unique (to me) in each class. Today the music went so well with the poses/transitions that it sometimes felt like a choreographed dance. I also really appreciated that Christian started the class being open about his rough day at work and turned that into motivation for the class. I had a bad day too and didn't want to be there, but that completely changed my mindset. I love when yoga classes are more than just stretching and exercising, and that's often my experience at Sweatheory.

Voir tous les avisI love the format of this class! It’s 3 circuits with 4 exercises each, mostly strength-based but sometimes cardio or core is included. Fallon explains and demos each exercise clearly and is available to help with form and modifications. The gym has a lot of equipment available and I love that it’s incorporated throughout the class. I would appreciate more variety in the available lighter dumbbells, maybe a set of 7.5s and a set of 12.5s since a 5-pound difference (5 to 10 or 10 to 15) can be significant for some exercises that use lighter weights.

These classes are hard, but I felt like Abigail had the perfect balance of supporting me when I was struggling without pressuring me when I needed to rest (especially with my scoliosis). If you’re new to Solidcore, like I am, you WILL need to rest and you can feel comfortable pushing yourself to your limit without worrying that your limit isn’t good enough. Coaches like Abigail and Lisa are why I am inexplicably finding myself loving Solidcore despite assuming that it would be too intimidating/hard for me. If you’re doubting yourself, don’t worry! You’ll find the support you need!

He always has the best arrangements with the most seamless transitions. Just an absolute gem (with great taste in music too). The entire staff was super friendly + welcoming and Halle was an outstanding coach with beautiful energy! She was super helpful with making sure my springs were correct since these reformers are different from what I’ve used before. She made class oh so fun and it flew by! Hoping I can come back a few more times before I leave WI and praying Solidcore opens a location in Scottsdale AZ soon 🤪😍

I have no idea what I was thinking showing up to a random class with no experience 🤣🤣🤣… but everyone was really helpful and kind… considering that, you may want to take a beginner course or get there early to learn the ropes… it’s not hard to pick up what they’re doing per se… but there is a learning curve and they have there own language… also, the class was very HARD. I mean it was like holding a plank for an hour… literally 🥲🥺😭… but I did it! Also, wear socks because you can’t wear sneakers! And put lotion on your feet if you don’t wear socks 🥺… finally there was a code to get in the building sent to your email… which I didn’t know so I was standing outside like a goofy for a few minutes lol enjoy your workout!

This class is half pilates, half spin, so you get the best of what The Vibe Ride has to offer! The owner has amazing customer service- she gave me a tour and helped me with my locker, bike shoes, and the water station. Also offered cold, infused towels after class. This studio has private shower rooms and cosmetic amenities as well! And the best surprise of all: INFRARED SAUNA! Ask about first-timers pricing (spoiler alert: affordable AF and worth every penny!) Can't wait to come back in the morning for the "peachy booty" class!
