Voir tous les avisI’ve taken intro to silks at various studios and Mischa is one of the best intro instructors I’ve had. She is prepared and very detailed in making sure you get the fundamentals right. She will also adjust based off your experience level. Great intro class!

With my recent injury, she provided modifications throughout it the class for me and continually checked in. The classes at the circus center all seem to be fairly small, which makes it super easy to get feedback. Learned some good cues and exercises for increasing my mobility. Would recommend!
