Made sure to check in on me as knew it was my first class and gave alternative moves to others when needed and would be really encouraging. It is a tough class though, legs were like jelly walking up stairs after. Would return to hit my fitness goals!

I've never been to a gym where everyone (not just the staff) are so welcoming and friendly. it's like a family! As for the workout itself, wow super challenging and the trainers will assist and correct your form. Buzzing from this morning's session. just wish they had lockers in the changing rooms. 💜✨

Voir tous les avisThis is definitely the place to go if you’re on a time crunch and need a good workout. Has F45 vibes with the video guidance minus the class demos. Useful if you have some experience in the gym but there is a friendly trainer who’s also there to help. Can imagine it getting a bit hectic when it’s busy but I was there over lunch and there weren’t too many people. The 2 showers/toilets are spacious, clean and well equipped with nice amenities.
