Only issue was the room was so hot I had to stop my workout and lay at multiple points but that’s just personal preference of temperature. Instructor was amazing and so encouraging! Would recommend.

Voir tous les avisFirst time ever trying aerial yoga but definitely won’t be the last! To start off, the studio is beautiful! Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Amanda was incredible!! Seriously can’t say enough good things about her, she made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole class. She really helped encourage us to push ourselves while also making sure everyone was having fun and getting the most out of the class. One thing she said during the class really stuck out to me, that there’s not a lot of opportunities in life where you can do something healing but also playful and I think that was the perfect way to summarize what to expect out of this class. We will definitely be back!
