Voir tous les avisI love everything about this class, and the teachers enthusiasm and enjoyment of what she does is infectious. So much fun. I only wish that I could get into her Tuesday evening class. As a class pass member I can only book a week in advance and it’s always already full. The notify me option doesn’t work either 🤦♀️ Would love to able to go on a Tuesday though ❤️

Voir tous les avisI loved the opportunity to dance in a studio environment again! It was a traditional dance class, with a warm up in the centre, corner exercises and then choreography. Definitely gets your heart rate up but it’s not a fitness/workout style class. I would have preferred if it was an entire hour so we had more time to spend on floor work before launching into choreo, 45 mins went too quickly. Great for beginners to dance or anyone who grew up dancing and misses the feeling now.
