Sarah is a fantastic teacher and her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The space itself is beautiful! Lots of natural light and any props you need are readily available. Thankyou, I will definitely be back :)

Voir tous les avisAbsolutely love Ravi’s classes and this one focused on strengthening the naval & core, and removing fatigue from the body. The Kriya and meditation were so effective together and I was seeing incredible colours and energy flowing through my body. Definitely recommend Kundalini House and I will change Saturday night plans to make it to Ravi/Benji’s Sunday morning classes. Thank you so much 🙏

I liked how she explained the purpose and intention of the different exercises and demonstrated so we could all see. While the class was challenging - I think it was the perfect fusion of stretching and Pilates exercises. Thankyou for a beautiful mindful morning :)
