She takes the time to explain each movement, makes sure you have the proper form, and always encourages you to challenge yourself without feeling overwhelmed. You can truly tell that she cares about her clients and wants everyone to feel stronger and more confident. I always leave class feeling accomplished and refreshed. They took the time to ask about my training, problem areas, and goals before getting started, and the treatment was incredibly targeted. They found tight spots I didn’t even realize were affecting my movement and worked through them without just making it painful for the sake of it. I left feeling looser, more mobile, and noticeably less sore. My range of motion improved immediately, and I could tell they genuinely understood how to work with active people and athletes. Professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish. If you train hard, run, lift, or just carry a lot of tension, I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be back!
