Voir tous les avisMandy and Lisa are fantastic and so welcoming. I love the hip hop classes, but would love it more if there was a version (maybe level 3?) with less repetition and questions, and more practice to the music! We usually only do the full dance a couple of times towards the end.

Voir tous les avisI can't say enough good things about this class. the instructor was wonderful, and the yoga moves were easy enough for a novice like me to follow along with ease. the sound bath was something you can only experience. There's just no words for it. I left feeling lighter and more balanced. I loved this experience and definitely will be back.
