Voir tous les avisThe low impact class was energizing, challenging, and so much fun! The trainer, Laurie was very friendly and energetic. She kept the class fun while working us out hard. It was a dance workout with strength training at the end. The song mix was great too. Laurie suggested a modification on a move for me before class, and she accommodated me by setting the volume of the microphone to a comfortable level ... I would like to go back.

Voir tous les avisI absolutely loved it! Ruby was so welcoming. She showed me around the studio and gave me a brief summary on the class itself before we started. My classmates were so nice and friendly seeing as this was my first class. I pushed myself during the cardio portion of the class, so I really felt it. I would definitely recommend this class and I will come again!
