I’ve done boxing at Rumble before (was my intro) so I was able to adapt to this quite well, may be a bit fast paced for someone who hasn’t done boxing before, however the staff were super nice and made sure to ask if I had done a class like this before it started - and this was way better than Rumble. Felt like actual “true boxing”, more laxed and not so “extra”, overall a great full body workout. Excited to add this to my weekly routine! They also give you gloves!

Animal Flow

It was stimulating mentally and the instructor was really good at explaining how each movement builds up the next one . He was very patient and encouraging . He also found different ways to explain things when I didn’t understand . Highly recommend
