Afterwards, I partnered it with a Nidra/sound class and the combo was pure magic. I was so relaxed in the second class, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up as people were packing up 😅.

Voir tous les avisAmber’s chillness is worth it all on its own. I’m a larger man with some past injuries and the class isn’t always as “doable” as I’d like, but that’s a me thing. Out of all the yin and candlelight style classes I signed up for up for here on class pass. She stands out with the time she gives you in between positions and I love that. I’m usually the last to get into position fully and the last to get out. Her flow and cadence is very manageable and supportive.

Voir tous les avisAmazing instructor - great playlist, asked for names and injuries and consent to give adjustments, provided great modifications to an expecting mom using a pregnancy wedge in my class. I was really impressed with her flow & personality! The air was also on today at 75 so it wasn’t as hot, and she dimmed the lights a bit. She even used heavier loads which I liked but adjusted as people needed.

Voir tous les avisDefinitely come at least 10 min early, it is tricky to find and when you enter there is no waiting room, you are just right into the class! I came in a couple minutes late after getting lost and was mortified to disrupt class, but the instructor was so kind and welcoming! The only thing I would change would be the playlist. It was very upbeat, similar to hold music or Wii Sports music. I am used to yoga set to calming/nature music, so it was a little hard to connect with my breath and clear my thoughts. Otherwise, the poses and cadence and flow were great, very kind instructor and attendees, clean studio and small/intimate. Plenty of parking.
