I did a cryofacial, celluma LED face therapy, and full body red light therapy. The cryofacial felt incredible, immediately after I felt less puffy. I have an active breakout and feel like the combo of treatments have had immediate effects as the inflammation is down already. Would recommend this place and hope to try other treatments.

There’s a serene atmosphere from start to finish with music to match the vibe. Alfredo greets you, asks clients to sign the waiver, and guides you to the suite for your experience to begin. He walks you through the heat settings, talks through syncing your technology with the television, and makes sure the room has a cold towel neatly place for afterwards. This was my second visit, and my muscles/joints feel incredible. I set my temperature to 170 (HOT) and select the FAT BURNING option (BURN BABY BURN). Perspire offers a safe, quiet space for you to escape for 40 minutes. I 10/10 recommend.
