Voir tous les avisI will always say that Kelle is an amazing instructor with the warmest personality. Her flow is fantastic and anyone can follow her from beginners to veterans. She focuses on form and the importance of how each part comes together to build a stronger version of yourself. If you want to spice it up, add an extra challenge or weight, if you want to take it easier then she’ll show you alternative option but still an effective workout. The studio is clean and fantastic, and you’ll be in for treat in any class.

The class was a nice class for light muscle strengthening, core engagement, balance and coordination. I loved the aerial portion and how we did a little bit of yoga and other format workouts too.
