I am a beginner and this was my first class so it was personally discouraging for me, not being able to keep up. But the instructor and my classmates were every encouraging. I believe this isn’t a good choice if you don’t know much about pole. I would recommend the beginner pole class instead. BUT STILL TAKE A CLASS! It is so worth it.

The Spanish songs were a nice plus and I will definitely be coming back next Monday to take it again. Great for beginners (the last time I took a spinning class was about 12 years ago), I didn’t feel lost and it was easy to follow.
