Voir tous les avisTrainers were awesome, very attentive to everyone’s form. I was not familiar with the rotation from stations and they were very kind and patient. The strength class Maximus was excellent. Worked the entire body and with 4 sets each exercise, you had enough time to work slowly if you wished. Definitely will be back.

Voir tous les avisThis is the best Zumba class in Miami, hands down! The choreography was easy to learn and great for cardio. The instructor always does a somewhat ‘simplified’ version of the sequence so you can ease into it, and then adds complexity once he feels most of class got a hang of it. It is great for newcomers, and more experienced people can embellish and explore if they feel like it. I was sweating by the end of the warm up, but the energy of the class won’t let you stop dancing!
