Voir tous les avisWillow is a 11/10 instructor! i’m in love with her breathing instructions and her instructions in general. It was easy to follow and she made it so much fun. I love how she incorporates rhythm into each of the exercises. I was in a full on trance doing mountain climbers to City Girl’s “My type”. The music selection is a 10 out of 10. The front desk staff is so sweet and has such a wonderful energy. Shout Joanne (sorry if i misspelled your name). I will def be back.

Voir tous les avisLali provides a great flow pace that pushes you for strength building but also gives you room to practice variations and inversions without totally being winded. To me it seems like a great blend of strength and flexibility from the other great classes at WY.

Voir tous les avisit's a different yin than I am used to, this one uses too much effort on postures, teacher even cued a full wheel. Not so much to my liking but teacher was sweet and catered the class to our needs, the sound healing at the last 20 minutes were quite powerful, and I enjoyed it after all.
