What makes Caitlin stand out is that every movement and every sequence has a purpose. The workouts are challenging, but they make sense—you leave feeling stronger, not just exhausted. Unlike some classes that feel overly intense with random combinations that seem more about pushing you to the limit than actually training your body, Caitlin’s programming is thoughtful, effective, and safe. That said though it was still alot of fun. But if youre a beginner beginner lol make sure to start from the first week. Maybe it might help.
