Voir tous les avisI really loved the class with her i feel she really pushed us. A lot of intro classes feel repetitive sometimes but with her I felt like I learned new things! My only critique is I wish we got to know whether the classes are spinning pole or static before booking because right now it seems theres no way to find out.

It is new movement so it ofc will take some adjustments and working on isolations to see progress however I will definitely return. They do not teach or break down specific techniques or isolations but it was fun.
