Voir tous les avisLoved the class, instructor, space. My one critique is about halfway/towards the end of class, I wish the spoken instruction slowed down a bit. Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

The best detailed run through of child’s pose have experienced at start of class … led to challenging peak poses that were not all accessible to me this day, felt good to try all the same. Namaste 🙏🏿

I have been following him for a few years and finally took a bunch of classes since they opened in Chelsea. He works the room and is a true coach. It is more than a show. He makes everyone better in the room from beginners to the advanced. I was going to Soul for years and thought they were the same. Joey’s classes is another level.
