Voir tous les avisOMG so amazing. one of the best yoga classes i’ve ever been to! i love that there is no mirror, major emphasis on breath, and i just loved the language and attitude of the instructor, very kind and approachable vibe in the class. while there were mods offered, i would say this class might be a bit much for a total beginner since the pace is pretty quick. i’ve always heard amazing things about this studio and now i know why!! 10/10 recommend.

Parking on the street is annoying and I did get lost finding the studio, you have to take the elevator up to the 4th floor.
