Voir tous les avisI enjoyed this class and liked this location! Bigger space, felt open. FYI it’s located in the first building facing Kam Hwy with Goodwill downstairs. Google takes you to the wrong locations in the back. Autumn got straight to the point! showed us different beginner moves, coach us on hand & leg placements, and made adjustments. I’m upper body challenged so I struggled but it was definitely fun! And I got a good bit of cardio. It’s also an intimate class there were only 2 students. Will take her class again.

Voir tous les avisCoach Lee is so fun & nice. This class kicked my butt! But it was also an abnormally humid day so everyone seemed to be exhausted at the end of class. Definitely bring lots of water & a towel. Next time I’m in Hawaii I will absolutely be back!
