I love the combo of functional fitness with equipment and Instructor was amazing. Everything was clean and new as well.

Voir tous les avisMy first time back at Barry’s in a long time and the sprinting on a 15 incline had me 💀 but Starrs energy helped pushed through! Loved that she was personable and shouted people out during the class. Only thing I didn’t care for was the bands we used when on the floor. Feel like they move around a lot and are distracting. Otherwise I would def take her class again!

Voir tous les avisI enjoyed this class very much. I loved how you could get in a great quick weight lifting type workout with a coach and the times start every 10 minutes which makes it flexible too. It was clear and concise on what to do for each circuit. The music was loud and upbeat. Coach Patty made my first class experience very welcoming! If I lived in Miami, I’d make this part of my routine.
