Voir tous les avisI like Ana’s intentionality in her intervals. It’s well thought out and you actually feel the work. Also enjoy her chill enthusiasm and encouragement, genuine. She works your arms but not lots of needless pumping your arms , your head, etc up and down for no reason other than to feel like you’re working hard. Well done!
