As a newish intermediate yogi that has difficulty audible processing, I’d love a bit more examples of the poses as we go or like instruction in combination with the pose names rather than only the pose names. But overall she’s great energy & vibe. I’d recommend. 💯

Voir tous les avisI had good aerobic exercise by doing this type of yoga. it was fairly fast paced flow yoga in very warm (temp like 90-95deg). i am usually not a big fan of hot yoga but it was definitely good exercise. Jamie was a good instructor.

I had so much fun in this class you get to release your inner child however, it is very difficult and a little painful but I think with more practice I’ll get used to it. I definitely recommend trying this out, Celeste was great. She was very helpful.
